Skipped a Day But Haven't Missed A Beet. It sounded funny but the truth is, I will always miss the beets. I hate them.
A quick update. Yesterday I forgot to weigh myself in the morning (see how interested in this project I am?) but I did climb on the scale around 1 after a nice big meal of Red Curry Chicken at the local Thai restaurant. 258. So I guess officially I lost a half pound yesterday and this morning I had lost another. A pound a day will do it. So in 4 days of this effort I am down 6.5 pounds.
I will try to be better today.
I have found this low-fat desert called Cravings or something. It is a chocolaty macaroon thing that I seem to enjoy. It has 90 calories. he only reason I am mentioning it is because I am craving one now.
Does anyone know if Sauerkraut is good for a diet. It seems like a big bowl of cabbage would be good for me but I think I may be tricking myself. Well I guess it is better than a Big Mac either way. Let me know. Thanks.
