Good morning. Really. Good Morning. 2.5 pounds yesterday. I am definitely eating less, but I am not starving myself. Instead of 3 sandwiches I am having 2. And those sandwiches don't have butter and mayo anymore. Simple.
And I have been reading calories. Not counting them but reading them. Did you know Ruffles Sour Cream and Onion chips have 270 calories in only 20 chips? My usual snack is hundreds of chips. Not anymore.
So anyway, I have to make lunches without stealing snacks but before I go...7.5 pounds in 5 days. Yay.
